Leipzig Founders' Night 2024:
Idea Competition
We are looking for the most promising business idea of the year! No matter in which industry you want to get started – submit your business idea now. A jury of experts will select the best six teams to present their business idea live on stage on the evening of November 19th, 2024. The audience on site will decide who wins the competition in the „Idea“ category and thus also the prize money of EUR 5,000. Participation is open to anyone who has not yet implemented the idea or who has founded a corresponding company by July 1st, 2024 at the earliest.

- Pitch training for all finalists
Criteria
The jury is guided by the following guiding questions to select the finalists:
- How new/innovative is the idea presented?
- How relevant is the problem solved for the target group?
- How attractive is the presented idea for the target group?
- How high is the potential for success on the market?
- Can the idea be implemented in an economically sustainable manner?
Application procedure
- To be submitted:
- either pitch deck (max. 15 slides) as PDF or
- Free text document (max. 3 pages + cover sheet).
